WHO MIGHT THESE JOBS APPEAL

• You may be a returner to work who wants hours that fit in around school hours, a partners shifts or hours where other family members can provide help with childcare.
• We can also offer flexible shift patterns that fit in with a partners shifts ( e.g. They work 4 on 4 off ).
• You may currently work in a full-time role, possibly in the NHS or in a care home and are looking to reduce your working hours or you need more flexibility.
• You may currently be working for another care company and fancy a change.
• You may currently be studying and looking for a weekend job.

One of the unique aspects of Valleywood Care is our ability to provide opportunities for carers, even if they’re not able to drive. Our carers can work within the tight geographical of Crewe, reducing the need for transportation and allowing them to focus on providing the best care possible.

Staff will need to be available to work at least alternative weekends.

We also understand the importance of job security, which is why all our staff are employed on a contractual basis. We don’t believe in 0-hour contracts.

We also take care of the DBS check cost, so you don’t have to worry about it.
